- Valid only for the traveler listed on the gift certificate.
- This gift certificate is non-transferable and non-refundable.
Here's how it works:
- Click on the order button above and fill out the gift certificate order form.
- Click on "submit information" at the bottom of the form.
- We'll generate a credit card authorization form that identifies the sender, recipient, and payment information. (For your protection against fraud -- especially since the credit card holder and the recipient of the gift certificate are different -- our bank requires written authorization for these purchases.)
- Print the authorization form, sign it, and fax it to Airtreks.com at +1-415-977-7150.
