Luckily, with most major carriers using solely using electronic tickets, you don’t have to worry about your tickets getting lost or stolen as you would have when tickets were primarily printed material. Nowadays, if you lose your e-ticket receipts, you would simply contact us and we’ll email you another copy right away.

If you have a paper ticket and it is lost or stolen, it’s not always replaceable. Some major airlines never replace lost tickets; if your ticket on such an airline is lost or stolen and you still want to travel, your only option is to buy a new ticket. As a travel agency, we cannot reissue missing tickets without full payment for new tickets. Only the validating airline—not a travel agent—can issue, or reimburse you for, replacement tickets. Paper tickets should be treated like cash or your passport—take extra care if your journey requires them! If you do have paper tickets and they have been lost or stolen, contact us as soon as possible and we’ll send you detailed information on what needs to happen to get you back on track.
