With an AirTreks ticket you are free to change your planned route and destinations up until your tickets are paid for and issued. Once that happens, routing changes generally require buying additional or replacement tickets. Date changes — as long as you stick to the originally ticketed airlines and sequence of stops — are much easier and less costly than changes to your route or destinations.
We require all of our clients to have confirmed reservations for every flight before you make your final payment for tickets. This is partly because we work with discounted fares that require a confirmed seat in order for tickets to be issued, but it’s also to your benefit to fix down your dates before you start your travels.
Having confirmed seats on your flights is a boon to many because it eliminates issues with onward travel requirements, gives your trip a sense of direction and allows you to budget for flights whose price you wouldn’t otherwise know before the time of the flight.
When you confirm seats on a flight ahead of time it allows you to budget around your total airfare and not leave yourself wondering just how much your overall ticket cost will be. The drawback is that you have a schedule to maintain. It is possible to change the dates of your flights with either a call or email to the airline or our customer service department.
